RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased directly from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unopened product to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. You do not need a return number or authorization to send in a return.

Please note that if you purchased a Greenfield Nutritions product from a retailer or other vendor and are not satisfied, you MUST return the product to your place of purchase.

Multiple unit refunds: Please note that if you purchase multiple units of a product and are not satisfied, we will refund the cost of unopened units.

Return Instructions

Please enclose a copy of your order receipt, with instructions noting whether you would like a return or an exchange, as outlined on the back of your printed order receipt. Returned items should be returned in their original product packaging. When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note the name of the new item(s) to ensure sending the desired exchange item(s).

Please send your return information and merchandise to the name below and same address. You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. However, the cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by Greenfield Nutritions.

 

Receiving a Refund

Before a refund is granted, the parcel must be checked in at our facility. You may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we can not issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

If your order is confirmed to be exported outside the United States, you also agree to the following additional provisional terms herein this section.

Return Good Shipment Cost

should already shipped package be returned to us due to any of the following reasons; (1)Incorrect shipping address (2)customer refuse package(3)All other reasons which are not entirely caused by how error, customer will solely be responsible for the cost of shipping of the return package. Also if you have ordered a product(s) that we are notified by any law enforcement agencies abroad that the package cannot be imported into the country of intended delivery, we may advice the shipping company to abandon the package but, still at cost to the customer.

If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as : Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Denied Entry by Customs, Prohibited/Banned items, or being Refused only once the parcel arrives back to our facility will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost be issued.
